Check Eligibility
Ensure your kimono or apparel is in its original packaging with all tags attached, and has not been used for training or washed.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
